About Us.....
Chris is a Suffolk chap born and bred and a third generation farmer in Cratfield. He loves books, the countryside, his turkeys and good food.
Judith moved to Suffolk after university to take up a teaching job, so isn't quite a local yet. She enjoys growing, cooking (particularly outdoors) and camping.
Bob is our loveable but exasperating farm dog - if you can guess what breed he is you deserve a prize!
Together with our three children, Fran, Alan & Graham, we have created Fire and Feast on our family farm, to share our passion for food, growing and the great outdoors. We think that sourcing food locally, farming sustainably and getting a bit closer to where our food comes from is important - but so is having fun and making memories together. We hope you will visit us to cook, stay, share a meal or wander along a country lane in this tranquil corner of Suffolk we are lucky enough to call home.
Fran our daughter works as the campsite manager for the summer season, she loves anything outdoorsy or creative.
