Our camper's barn is there for all of our campers to use, with a coffee corner, a little shop and plenty of space for rainy days.
It also holds our Campers fridges and freezer as well as the toilets and showers which past campers have said are tip top!
Woodfire Cooking
Fire & Feast is all about woodfire cooking so each pitch comes with a Roadii grill for you to use, make dinner low stress by ordering a meal kit from us. If you want to learn more book into one of our workshops or if you don't fancy cooking at all you can book into our Saturday suppers or come to the Sunday brunch café.

- Staff trained to accommodate those with additional needs
Access limitations: Visitors should be aware that our toilets are rustic and have a small threshold.
All of the important information to check out before booking...
Camping Pitches: We have 8 - 9 tent pitches, generously sized and well spaced, each equipped with a fire bowl, grill, and tripod (cooking pots available) and a picnic table/bench. They are generously sized and fit a tent and a shalter or two smaller tents easily.
Pre pitched tents: Our two pre pitched South African Safari Tents were designed to withstand the heat and heavy rains of South Africa, with a roomy bedroom, tub groundsheet and dark canvas to ensure you can sleep in on sunny suandys if you wish. They sleep 4 adults in comfort with a central enclosed living area that can accommodate an additional air bed if required; and a covered awning area. Tents are equipped with up to four air mattresses, lighting, storage space, basic cooking equipment; a fire bowl, grill, tripod and cooking pot (complimentary first basket of logs included) and a picnic table/bench. Guests need to bring own crockery and cutlery and sleeping bags / towels.
Campers Facilities: Located in the campers barn are four flush toilets and three showers, fridge, freezer, charging points , information for campers and a large under cover area with space to sit and read / play games or just dry out if the weather is damp. An outdoor campers kitchen next to the barn provides washing up facilities. We also have electric car charging facilities in the car park.
Our Herb Garden with outdoor seating is open for campers to enjoy - and snip fresh herbs to enhance your own fire cooking creations; and the onsite Kitchen Garden provides fresh produce for sale as available in our small onsite local produce shop.
The Fire and Feast Tipi: offers an onsite dining option with Saturday night suppers and a Sunday brunch café. If you wish to book a table for supper we recommend you do this as early as possible to avoid missing out. For more info and to book check out our Tipi Dining page.
Fire Cookery Workshops and Special Events: are offered regularly throughout the camping season, with workshops for family, beginners, campfire baking and full day adult workshops available, see our workshops page for further information. Nearer your arrival time we will keep you advised of events happening during your stay.
Our Local Area: Suffolk is full of great walking, cycling and places to eat, we are always happy to offer suggestions and have created a small directory of our Favorite Places for you to check out.
At Night: Fire and Feast is a small campsite in a very rural location, the tranquility and night skies are part of its charm, because of this we have a strict quiet site policy from 10.30pm, this means the site is not suitable for very large groups, partying or loud music. We do however welcome groups of friends or families looking to catch up for a relaxed holiday, and are happy to help you with a group booking.
Cars and Campers: Our site is for tents only and is car free, but there is ample parking next to the site, with an electric car charging point and wheelbarrows are available help you move your kit. We do understand that there can be exceptional reasons when a family group may wish to include someone who needs to stay in a small camper van. If you want to discuss this please contact us.
Dogs: We love dogs, and Bob our dog is an important part of our family, but because our farm is home to Bob and our free range poultry our campsite is dog free - we cannot accept visiting dogs or other pets on the camping meadow, although dogs on a lead accompanied by their walkers are welcome to drop by for a coffee in the Fire and Feast Café!
