About the Course
This private workshop option is ideal for fun with friends or to just have a go. Learn how to create a simple rustic lunch or brunch using the wood fire, and take your outdoor cooking beyond a basic bbq!
Each session will be tailored to your group's needs and can be based around cooking either brunch or lunch, the menu will use fresh local ingredients and can be easily altered to accommodate most dietary requitements. You will start with a brief introduction to cooking on fire and managing a fire and then dive straight into cooking a two course meal to enjoy either in the Fire and Feast Tipi or the potager garden. Go home with great memories, a recipe card and the smell of woodsmoke in your hair.... perfect as a chilled out alternative to a celebration.
