Rustic Dining at Fire & Feast...
Relax and enjoy local food round the fire in our Tipi or Potager garden at our rustic Saturday Suppers or Sunday Café from late May to mid September
Come and join us on Saturday evenings for relaxed rustic suppers by firelight using produce from our kitchen garden and local Suffolk farms. The menu changes weekly with seasonal produce as the star of the show. We offer a selection of soft drinks, and you are welcome to bring your own wine and beer. Booking for suppers is essential.
On Sundays drop in to our pop-up café for brunch, lunch and homemade cakes. Home-cooked food, and locally roasted coffee served in our tipi and potager garden, no need to book, just pop in!
From Spring to Autumn we also hold events in our Tipi and barn, from supper and star gazing, to cinema nights, have a look at our events page for our current programme.
Join us to learn the art of fire lighting and spend the day grilling, roasting and baking using fire in our secluded garden and meadow with a back drop of wood smoke and bird song for company.
With a combination of demonstrations and hands-on cookery prepare a variety of tasty treats throughout the day using the best local produce Suffolk has to offer, with a final meal shared together in our dining tipi. Courses are available for families, beginners to woodfire cooking and those who wish to take their skills to the next level, they cost from £60 to £130.

Chris is a Suffolk chap born and bred and a third generation farmer in Cratfield. He loves books, the countryside, his turkeys and good food.
Judith moved to Suffolk after university to take up a teaching job, so isn't quite a local yet. She enjoys growing, cooking (particularly outdoors) and camping.
Bob is our loveable but exasperating farm dog - if you can guess what breed he is you deserve a prize!
Together with our three children, Fran, Alan & Graham, we have created Fire and Feast on our family farm, to share our passion for food, growing and the great outdoors. We think that sourcing food locally, farming sustainably and getting a bit closer to where our food comes from is important - but so is having fun and making memories together. We hope you will visit us to cook, stay, share a meal or wander along a country lane in this tranquil corner of Suffolk we are lucky enough to call home.
Fran our daughter works as the campsite manager for the summer season, she loves anything outdoorsy or creative.
