An introduction to woodfire cooking covering the basics of fire lighting, fire management and cooking techniques. A four hour experience using our Roadii Grills to cook in, on and over the fire you will create a variety of tasty food to enjoy with your fellow cooks guided by our experienced team. Food, drink, and recipe pack included.

Do you want to take your woodfire cooking to another level? If so this day is for you. As well as fire lighting and management you have an opportunity to test a variety of cooking equipment and methods, including Dutch Ovens, pit cooking, indirect heat and various types of grill. We will start with brunch, progress to lunch and finish with supper to celebrate our cooking adventures.

This very special day long workshop will provide you with an in-depth experience of hedgerow dyeing, including foraging for materials, creating dyes and using mordants as well as the opportunity to cook and share a meal over fire. You will take home your choice of a braiding or knitting kit to turn your dyed Norfolk Horn wools into a lasting memory.

Spend quality time with your family making magical memories as you cook together around the fire. Create a range of bakes to share and plenty to take home as well as cooking a tasty lunch to share before you go.

Ideal for fun with friends or to just have a go. Learn how to create a simple rustic lunch using the wood fire, and take your outdoor cooking beyond a basic bbq!
